Shipping costs are calculated separately and shown during checkout before payment is completed.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

ORDERS

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Acceptance of your order occurs once we dispatch your products. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases including, but not limited to:

Products being unavailable
Pricing errors
Suspected fraud
Incorrect customer information

If payment has already been made for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

PAYMENT

Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL/Wero

All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers.

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped using DHL.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including customs processing, carrier delays, or weather conditions.

Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order has been delivered to the delivery address provided.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CUSTOMERS)

If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason.

Products must be returned:

Unused
In their original condition
In the original packaging where possible

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned products.

Certain products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law, including customized or personalized products.

RETURNS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

We may request photographs of the item before arranging a replacement or refund.

WARRANTY

Consumers are entitled to the legal warranty rights provided under Dutch and EU consumer law.
